Enrolment is compulsory for every doctoral student. The date is set for specific days in September according to the academic year's schedule.

• Enrolment can be made in the absence of the student only with a certified power of attorney. For enrolment on an alternate date, the student shall submit a request to the Science Department with proper justification.

Deadline for completion of study obligations + submission of the annual evaluation and ISP update in SIS - for each year by the deadline around the 20^th of September

The dates of the state doctoral, rigorosum and comprehensive examinations, applicable in each academic year, are set as follows:

• January/February (application is due at the beginning December)

• May/June (application is due at the beginning of March)

• September/October (application is due at the end of May)

A binding application on the prescribed form with all attachments, including the state rigorosum examination, comprehensive examination or a defence of a dissertation thesis, must be submitted by the above deadlines.
